Our group classes offer an individualized approach in a group setting to help everyone achieve their health & fitness goals. The fitness classes incorporate strength, cardio and mobility work in a fun group environment.

Small Group Training

With Small Group Training, you’ll receive the specialized attention you’d expect from private training for a fraction of the cost. This option is perfect for members who enjoy training in a smaller group setting, would like more one-on-one coaching to work around previous injuries, or just want to take their fitness to another level.

One-on-One
Private Training

One-on-one private training sessions mean you get the full attention of an ANCHOR coach who creates a personalized training program specifically for you. Working one-on-one with your coach allows you to train at your own speed while providing accountability, movement awareness, and motivation.
