What can we say? Training athletes is our jam. We love working with student-athletes to increase their strength, power, speed and agility so that they can perform their best on the field, court, track, ice, pool...or anywhere their sport takes them.

About the Event

Our group classes are organized in 13-week blocks and are open to athletes from 6th grade to college. The size of groups is always limited to ensure quality coaching and instruction in each session. Our sports performance athletes receive a combination of strength training, performance training and mobility work for injury prevention.

We offer two program options for your convenience, billed in a 28-day cycle:

UNLIMITED PLAN = $199.99/cycle

(Unlimited Training Sessions + Unlimited Yoga)

LIMITED PLAN = $179.99 per cycle

(2 Training Sessions/Week + Sunday Yoga Class)

Please Note

Any missed sessions for any reason may not be rolled over into the following months. Students must register in advance for training sessions using the MindBody app or through our website.
