We are looking for 6 individuals who want to lose weight, get stronger and train pain free, this program is for you.
Lose weight, gain strength, move better and feel incredible in just 6 weeks.
You do NOT need experience, just a willingness to show up.
ANCHOR Kettlebell Academy
Goal: The goal of this six-week program is for students to leave with improved technique in the fundamental single-kettlebell exercises: Military Press, Clean, Squat, Swing, Snatch, and Turkish Get-up. This technique-focused class builds a strong foundation in kettlebell movements, enabling students to safely progress to heavier weights and more advanced techniques. It also helps experienced lifters further refine and enhance their form.
Description: Each class begins with a detailed technique breakdown in which the instructor demonstrates and mirrors the movement, guiding students through proper mechanics, breathing, and timing. This hands-on coaching approach ensures every participant moves safely and effectively. The remainder of the session consists of an instructor-led training segment that reinforces the techniques covered through focused drills. Classes meet once per week.
Whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or an experienced lifter looking to refine your form, this program builds the foundation you need to confidently lift heavier weights, improve performance, and prevent injury long-term.
