Transform Your Life With These Simple Steps

Every time you turn around, you are getting slapped with marketing from the supplement/nutrition companies to take this supplement or follow this program and a promise and guarantee to lose 10 pounds in a week. It’s all a bunch of bull Sh*t and makes me angry. It doesn’t matter if you are 100 pounds or 200 pounds, they give you the SAME meal, same shakes, same supplements with the same promises. Nothing is individualized, the product is either packed with chemicals, high sugars and crap. They drop the calories and put you in a caloric deficit which of course you will lose weight. You can probably only sustain this for 30, 60 or 90 days and then you will go back to your normal routine. Unfortunately, the weight will most likely come back on and then you will feel the need to drop it again quickly and go out and purchase the supplement/shake products and the vicious cycle continues.


Here is the problem:

There are no LONG term benefits. They put you in a calorie deficit and as soon as you go back to regular eating or what you did previously, the weight comes back on.

The solution? A sustainable strength program eating REAL Food and taking care of your body.


Here are 5 simple steps that you can do from home for FREE:

  1. Movement: Go for a walk every day. You can start out with 5–10 minutes and increase minutes weekly or bi-weekly.

  2. Sleep: Get a minimum of 7–8 hours of sleep per night. Your body and mind need to recover. Take care of them.

  3. Nutrition: Food needs to be REAL. Shop at local farmers markets, build your own garden and know where your food is coming from. If it is in a package or doesn’t go bad in a week, it probably isn’t good for you. Too many chemicals and too processed.

  4. Meditate: Meditate 5 minutes a day. Download either Insight Timer or Headspace. Calm your mind for just 5 minutes a day.

  5. Hydrate: I like to say, a gallon a day keeps the doctor away. If you stay hydrated, you will feel at least 50% better than if you are dehydrated.

I understand it can be hard to do all of the above, but you need to prioritize your health. Remember, you only get ONE BODY and ONE SHOT to take care of it. Treat it well!
