  • Poorly digested good

What is a toxin?

  1. A toxin is basically any substance that creates irritating and/or harmful effects in the body.

  2. Toxicity can occur from the side effects of drugs or from patterns of physiology that are different from our usual functioning.

  3. Most drugs, food additives, and allergens can create toxic elements in the body.

  4. Any substance, if in excess, can be a toxic element: water, sodium and almost all nutrients in certain circumstances.

How do we address this? Focusing on our foundations: Digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, minerals and hydration.

Coming in 2023, there will be nutrition seminars to break down many topics. Our first quarter is planned, but if there are any nutrition topics that you would like to hear, get in touch and I’d be happy to add it to the list.

Until next time,

Charlene
