This ONE thing separates pros from amateur golfers…

The Kinematic Sequence.

Using 3D motion capture data, we can determine if a golfer is efficiently transferring power throughout their body. The sequencing of the graphs helps to determine if they are maximizing power with the least amount of effort.

We look at the sequence and speed of the pelvis, trunks, arms, and club (in this order, this is what the pro golfers sequence will look like.

The amateurs kinematic sequence graph will usually be: Pelvis, arm, trunk, club. With this out of order sequence, we have a problem with efficiency.

3 Reasons amateurs kinematic sequence is off:

  1. It could be your body (Therefore, we need to screen).

  2. Don’t know how to properly swing.

  3. Clubs do not fit you properly.

If you are interested in improving your swing by adding distance and reducing back and knee pain, respond GOLF SCREEN to me at info@anchorlifeandfit.com and we will get it scheduled!
