Introducing our Deep Stretch Class: Where Mobility Meets Longevity!
(If you haven’t heard about this class yet, here is our best kept secret at ANCHOR).
We get it- life is busy, your workouts are intense, and sometimes stretching ends up being…an afterthought. 😅 But if you want to train smarter, feel better, and stay injury-free, mobility work needs to move to the top of your priority list.
That’s why we’re pumped to introduce our Deep Stretch class, led by Coach Leigh Anne!
Leigh Anne isn’t just any coach—she’s certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), a mobility training system rooted in science that improves joint health, strength, and control. She’s also currently working on her KinStretch® certification, which means she’s leveling up even more to bring our community top-notch programming.
So what’s this class all about?
Think of it as strength training for your joints. Deep Stretch focuses on:
- Increasing range of motion (so you can squat deeper, swing better, and recover faster)
- Improving joint resilience (goodbye nagging pain and tightness!)
- Building body control and awareness
- Helping you move with freedom—and confidence—whether you’re lifting heavy, chasing kids, or crushing your golf swing
Fun fact:
You don’t have to be “flexible” to come. You just have to show up—tight hips and all. 😉
