Embrace Change in 2025!

As we close out 2024 at ANCHOR life + fitness, we can’t help but reflect on the year’s highlights. What were your big wins this year? Maybe you set a personal best, reached a milestone in your fitness journey, or made meaningful connections within our gym community. While it’s important to celebrate those moments, it’s just as crucial to look ahead and plan for what’s next.

Our theme for 2025 is change. Change isn’t always easy, but it’s essential for growth. If you didn’t see the results you wanted this year, it’s time to shift gears. Whether it’s fine-tuning your workout routine, rethinking your nutrition habits, or finding new ways to stay consistent, small changes can lead to big outcomes. And change doesn’t stop at the gym doors. We’re focusing on building healthier habits in every aspect of life—because real transformation happens when you embrace change both inside and outside the gym.

We’re excited to announce a variety of events and programs to help you embrace change in 2025. These aren’t just about fitness; they’re about fostering connection, building community, and trying something new. Here’s a sneak peek:

  1. Women’s Self-Defense Class: We’re kicking off the year with a partnership with BJJSquared. This class will equip women in our community with practical skills and confidence to navigate the world safely.
  2. Community Events: We’re bringing back some old favorites and introducing new events to keep things fresh and exciting. Our cooking demos with local chefs are coming back! When the weather warms, we will be adding our hike + yoga events plus some other surprises along the way!
  3. ANCHOR Challenges (STRONG 45) : When we kick off 2025, our STRONG 45 Challenge will begin at the end of January…this will be the ONLY STRONG 45 for 2025. We will be keeping everything in-house with our coaches and offering weekly specialist classes and sessions so you have the group camaraderie and access to our coaches in each of their specialties. Plus, some extra accountability and motivation along the way! 

This year is all about trying new things and breaking out of routines that no longer serve us. We’ll be here every step of the way with the support, guidance, and tools you need to succeed.

So, what will you change in 2025? Take a moment to reflect. Whether it’s prioritizing your health, committing to a consistent workout schedule, or saying yes to opportunities that take you out of your comfort zone, now’s the time to start planning for your best year yet.
