The ANCHOR Golf Fitness program, is led by Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) professionals with over a decade of experience. This program enhances club speed, reduces pain, and promotes longevity in your golf game. Each personal plan includes a TPI evaluation to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Our training focuses on strengthening foundational muscles, addressing instabilities, and improving swing power/speed tailored to your individual needs—whether it is flexibility, core strength, or overall balance.
ANCHOR specializes in training golfers at every stage of their careers: juniors, prime players, and seniors. Our services include small group personal training, with one coach for up to six individuals, ensuring each person receives a personalized program tailored to their needs.
