During your first few training sessions, we will be introducing you to the basic movement patterns we teach plus get familiar with our cues, coaches, and other members. We will teach you the progressions of movements that are appropriate for you and your body.

We recommend you bring water, a towel and a yoga mat. If you do not have these items we do have extra of these on hand. Yoga blocks, straps and any other yoga props will be provided.
ANCHOR Fit classes have a ratio of 12 individuals to 1 coach, while small group sessions maintain a ratio of 6 individuals to 1 coach.
Inform your coach of any injuries immediately. We can modify workouts to accommodate injuries and ensure your safety. Reach out to Charlene or Leigh Anne for additional support.
We are open 7 days a week. We have morning, noon, and evening classes on Monday-Thursday. Friday we are open until 1pm. On Saturday and Sunday we have morning classes.
Yes, we have 2 massage therapists on staff! You do NOT need to be a member to get a massage.

Yes, our owner, Charlene is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and offers personalized nutrition guidance.

We are located on S. Broad St. across from Holly Peters Rugs in the old Firehouse.

We have 5 on-site parking spots. However, street parking is available on Broad St. There is also a Parking Garage up the street.
